PURPOSE: To provide an information processor and its method capable of efficiently deleting information from a storage means for storing inputted information. CONSTITUTION: Characters and commands inputted from a keyboard 4 are stored in a memory 2 and displayed on a display device 5. A command to be retrieved is inputted to a retrieving command column on the display screen of the device 5 and a retrieving instruction is executed without inputting any data to a substitution command column. The command inputted to the retrieving command column is retrieved and deleted from the characters and commands stored in the memory 2 based upon the instruction. Then data are displayed on the device 5 based upon the stored contents of the command-deleted memory 2. |
