CONSTITUTION: Thin and cylindrical engagement parts M are formed at the respective outside circumferential parts of flange members 10A and 10B and the inside circumferential surfaces thereof are highly accurately worked by a cutting means or the like so that the inside diameters become slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the transparent substrate of the drum 10. When the flange parts 10A and 10B are force-fitted so as to be externally engaged in the transparent substrate, they are integrated by uniformly press-fitting the outside circumference of the transparent substrate by elastic restoring force after the engagement parts M are extended. Besides, the abutting member 130A of a developing sleeve 130 is made to abut on the proximity of the engagement parts M.
