PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the occurrence of EMI from electronic equipment, etc., by giving a shielding effect for suppressing the occurrence of electromagnetic noise to a plastic fan without spoiling the original cooling effect and such characteristics as light weight, low noise, low cost, etc., of the fan. CONSTITUTION: A fan used for cooling a device to be cooled with air is provided with a vane 2 composed of a vane section 2a made of a resin plated with a conductive metal and central rotating section 2b, a conductive projection 7 which is brought into contact with the contacting section 2c of the central rotating section 2b of the vane 2, and grounding conductor 5 which is connected to the projection 7 and grounded on the outside of the fan. |
