PURPOSE: To provide a waterless planographic printing plate with high image reproducibility, high printing resistance, and high storage stability by including a specific quinone diazido compound in a sensitive layer and specifying tensile characteristic after exposure of the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION: In an original plate of a waterless planographic printing plate prepared by stacking at least a sensitive layer and silicone rubber layer in order on a supporting body, a quinone diazido compound having at least one structure represented by formula -SiRn X3-n included in the photosensitive layer, and as tensile characteristic after exposure of the sensitive layer, 5-75kgf/mm<2> of initial elastic modulus is given. In the formula, (n) is an integer of 0-3, R indicates an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, or a combined group of these groups, and they may have a halogen atom and a functional group such as an isocyanate group, an epoxy group, an amino group, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an allyloxy group, a (metha)acryloxy group, and a mercapto group as a substituting group, and X indicates a functional group. |
