a timer circuit(40) outputting the stabilized timer signal to keep the rising/falling time of the antenna for a fixed time; and a motor driving circuit(50) driving and controlling a motor to rise/fall the antenna by receiving the timer signal from the timer circuit; a signal converting circuit(20) which converts a radio signal from a switching circuit(15) into a standardized radio signal, being connected to the timer circuit; and a signal processing circuit(30) which outputs the motor rotation direction signal to the motor driving circuit and outputs the timer signal to the timer circuit, being connected to the timer circuit.
