PURPOSE: To facilitate the production of a stamper by dividing the patterns to be displayed to two; a main subject material and a background, and forming stage groups for discretely forming the background partial patterns and the pattern parts of the main subject material. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for development formed with a photoresist layer 31 on a glass substrate 32 is prepd. A master mask disk 25 is placed as a mask on the photoresist layer 31 and is integrally exposed from above the disk, by which the latent images of the background display patterns are formed as a first exposing stage. A negative film 33 for the main display patterns transferred with the patterns of, for example, characters, symbols, pictures, etc., which are the main subject material is arranged on the photoresist layer 31 formed with the latent images of the background display patterns and the photoresist layer is again integrally exposed, by which the latent images are formed as a second exposing stage. Finally, metallic conductive films are uniformly laminated on the surface of the master disk and resist dummy pit arrays as an electroforming stage. |
