PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing device of a fiber type diffraction grating capable of easily pass-producing fiber type diffraction gratings having the same or different specifications. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device 10 of a fiber type diffraction grating is provided with a light source 12 emitting a coherent light, an optical system 14 making the light from the light source 12 a parallel luminous flux whose diameter of the luminous flux is large, a phase grating plate 16 on which the parallel luminous flux is made incident, a base 18 on the surface of which plural fiber arranging grooves 64 almost parallel each other are formed so as to mount plural optical fibers to be irradiated with the diffracted light from the phase grating 16 and a clamping plate 20 press-pushing optical fibers in the fiber arranging grooves provided on the base 18 from upward. By such a constitution, since plural optical fibers mounted in the plural fiber arranging grooves on the surface of the base can be irradiated with the diffracted light obtained by making the phase grating plate 16 to be irradiated with the parallel luminous flux from the single light source 12, the fiber type diffraction gratings of plural lines of optical fibers are simultaneously produced by a single light irradiation. |
