The tubular wall bushing (1) is dived on at least one side and is tightly sealed. The outer gap in the wall bushing, as well as the closure piece (2), is sealed by a sealant (6). The outer surface (3) of the wall bushing is coated with an adhesive (4) fixed with sand and is roughened, apart from near the at least one tubular end (5). The sealant (6,7) fills the gap along the closure piece (2) towards the longitudinal axis, at least over part of its length as far as the outer diameter of the wall bushing.
