The device includes a vertical tube (5) which carries the antenna and is attached to horizontal plates (23,21) in a support structure. Fixing of the tube to the plates is spaced along the tube. Each plate has a number of holes (25) spaced in the shape of the arc of a circle. Two fixed plates (20) have matching spaced holes, defining the shape of the arc of a circle and clamped to a fixed frame (11). The first set of plates carrying the tube can slide around a 10 degree azimuth arc of a circle, and can be clamped in position when the optimum antenna position is found.
