The invention relates to a memory card and its method of manufacture. The memory card has a flexible substrate, a first conductive ink composition which is adhered thereto, and a second conductive ink composition which is printed over at least a portion of the first conductive ink composition to form at least one site on the memory card which is readable by an external reader device. A protective layer is provided to overlie and protect at least the one site of the memory card.
