The mechanism is height-adjustable on a post, having a guide pulley (4) and a hoist-block system with two pulley-blocks (9, 9a) and a rope coupled to the net-supporting rope, while a fall (15) of the rope passes through a locking mechanism (8). On the first pulley-block (9) are sliding blocks (2) with friction surfaces working against another on a slide (1). These guide the pulley-block along the slide only when the tightening mechanism is actuated. The slide can be adjustable inside the post, which has friction surfaces working against the blocks. The latter can be mounted on the sides of the pulley-block, to which they are fixed. Alternatively they can be integral with it.
