The ink jet print head has a substrate (1) on which are formed a pair of electro thermal or piezo electric elements (2) that are used to generate pulses in the fluid to produce droplets from the pair of nozzles (5). The nozzles and the associated reservoir section is formed by photo etching of a suitable synthetic material to produce a negative impression.The synthetic material impression is overlaid with a material, e.g.epoxy resin, acrylic resin, which bonds securely to the base substrate.
