The game uses bricks (1) that each have at least two parallel surfaces. One surface (7) is hollow and the other (8) is solid. The solid surface has cylindrical studs (9) which fit into the hollow surface of the next brick. The studs are spaced so that a stud on one brick can fit between four studs on another brick. Each stud has four flats (11b,11c) along four orthogonal planes which are parallel to the axis of the cylinder. The flats of the studs are in contact when they fit together.
