Bitumens modified with recycled and/or virgin polymers and their applications

Bitumens modified with recycled and/or virgin polymers, such as polyethylene (PE) and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer which, having special structural and morphological characteristics, give an improved performance with respect to bitumen as such or modified with traditional polymers; the mixtures thus obtained are used for street paving or different kinds of waterproofing.
