The jib consists of at least three sections (2, 3, 4), connected by articulated joints with horizontal axes (A) and deployable at various angles to one another. The first section (2) is articulated to the earth-moving vehicle and the last (4) is equipped with a bucket (5) or other tool, while hydraulic cylinders control the three sections' positions. The last section (4) and the intermediate section (3) are joined by a coupling element (20) with two articulated joints which have orthogonal axes of rotation (A, B), and an additional power cylinder (22) to control the sideways movement of the coupling element. |
