Toptical compsn. comprises (1) at least one topically-active pharmaceutical (I) and (2) hyaluronic acid (II), or one of its mol. fractions, opt. in the form of a salt with alkali or alkaline eart metals, Al, NH4 or with one or more active ingredients (esp. (I)). The pure Ba salts (A) of noninflammatory (II) fractions of mol.wts. 250000-350000; 50000-100000 or 500000-730000, free of (II) of mol.wt. below 30000, are new. |
