PURPOSE: To provide a solid-liquid separation method by which solid-liquid separation is performed with high solid-liquid separation efficiency and continuously. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotors 2a, 2b rotating around an axis, an endless filter cloth body 3 fitted so as to circulate between the rotors, and a squeezing roller 4 around whose peripheral surface a filter cloth body is wound at least one time are arranged. The filter cloth body is fitted between the rotors, twisted between the pair of the rotors at least one time, and in this twisted condition, it is wound around the squeezing roller. The squeezing roller rotates on its own axis in the circulating direction of the filter cloth body, and also revolves in the same direction as the twisted one on the side in which the filter cloth body enters the squeezing roller, and a solid-liquid material is fed to the filter cloth body 3 on the upstream side of the squeezing roller 4. |
