<p>PURPOSE: To improve the wettability of a filler by an epoxy resin to thereby facilitate the dispersion of the filler in the resin and thus obtain an epoxy compsn. which gives electric power parts improved in withstand voltage. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a filler coated with a polymer component exhibiting a good wettability by an epoxy resin. The polymer component comprises at least one polymer selected from among an epoxy polymer, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, and a phenoxy resin and is used jointly with a silane coupling agent.</p> |
