PURPOSE: To provide a sublimable thermal transfer recording medium in which a stick layer can be transferred by the same thermal transfer system after an image is formed by the normal thermal transfer system by providing a sticky layer area on the sublimable thermal transfer recording medium. CONSTITUTION: In a sublimable thermal transfer recording medium 10 in which a base material is sequentially separately coated with a yellow coating part 13, a magenta coating part 14 and a cyan coating part 15, a sticky layer area is provided between the parts 15 and 13, color images of yellow, magenta and cyan are formed by a normal thermal transfer type on the dye image receiving layer of the other sublimable transfer recording image receiving medium, the sticky layer of the medium 10 is transferred by the same thermal transfer type, the image recording image receiving medium and the material to be transferred are superposed, heated and pressurized to obtain an excellent transfer image. |
