PURPOSE: To provide a body pad for bathtub allowing person to bath in a relaxed state and having a massage effect by filling a hollow filler made of a soft resin and provided with at least a pair of opening sections on the peripheral wall into a meshy cover. CONSTITUTION: A filler 10a is filled into a meshy cover 20 so that it is properly deformed when pressure is applied and is elastically recovered when pressure is released. The cover 20 is made of synthetic fibers excellent in water resistance, and water repellent processing is applied as required to improve the drying property. When this body pad is set at a proper position in a bathtub and the neck, head, foot, or waist is placed on it at the time of bathing, the filler 10a is moved in the cover 20 and deformed into the shape corresponding to the pressing shape to offer a proper touch, stimulation is applied to the neck, head, foot, or waist by the elastic recovering force of the filler 10a, and a proper massage effect is obtained for bathing in a relaxed state. |
