ELECTRICALLY INSULATING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an electrically insulating epoxy resin compsn. which exhibits a low viscosity in mixing, a good flowability, and an improved moldability. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin with 10-100 pts.wt. acid anhydride-based curing agent and 50-500 pts.wt. inorg. filler which comprises 5-95wt.% fused silica having an average particle size of 3μm or higher and 95-5wt.% fused silica having the max. particle size of lower than 3μm.
