PURPOSE: To obtain a calenderable elastomer compsn. which can form a sheet or film having a good plate-out resistance and excellent in surface appearance, mechanical properties, heat resistance during processing, and color tone after processing by melt mixing a specific polyester block copolymer with a phosphorus-based compd. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by melt mixing 100 pts.wt. polyester block copolymer mainly comprising high-m.p. crystalline polymer segments and low-m.p. segments comprising aliph. polyether units and/or aliph. polyester units with 0.001-10 pts.wt. phosphorus-based compd. [e.g. a compd. of formula I (wherein R1 , R2 , and R3 are each H, an optionally substd. 1-60C alkyl, aryl, etc.), formula II, or formula III (wherein R4 to R9 are each H, an alkyl, aryl, etc.; Y is a polyhydric alcohol or phenol residue; and n is 0-10)]. The compsn. has a good calenderability, esp. a good plate-out resistance, and can form a sheet or film excellent in surface appearance, mechanical properties, heat resistrance during processing, and color tone after processing. |
