FILM AND FLEXIBLE PRINTED BOARD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To obtain a film which has stable mechanical characteristics at high temperature and humidity and is suitably used for a flexible printed board. CONSTITUTION: A film is formed of organic polymer which has 70% or more of elongation holding rate when it is treated in a high-pressure steam atmosphere at 155 deg.C for four days and 1% or less of heat shrinkage factor at 250 deg.C. A flexible printed board formed of the film is provided.
