PURPOSE: To simply adjust the seal pressure of an upper mold and a core mold and to prevent the generation of an indent or burr in the undercut part of a foamable resin. CONSTITUTION: A foaming mold consists of a lower mold 3 and an upper mold 4 and a core mold 5 is provided to the upper mold 4 in an openable and closable manner and an undercut 25 is provided between the upper mold 3 and the core mold 5 and a foamable resin having an undercut part is molded in the cavity 2 surrounded by the lower mold 3, the upper mold 4 and the core mold 5 and the liquid flow of the raw material is adjusted by the seal surfaces 45, 54 of the upper mold 4 and the core mold 5. An actuator 6 possible to advance and retreat for adjusting the clearance of the seal surfaces 45, 54 is provided to the core mold 5. |
