T-DIE FITTED WITH DICKER

PURPOSE: To reduce the purge amt. of a resin in the extrusion molding of a sheet like article using a T-die fitted with the dicker while enhancing a yield ratio and to smoothly slide a dicker in a manifold. CONSTITUTION: A resin injection port 3 is provided to a T-die main body 1 and a manifold 2 extruding a resin from its lower end is provided to the T-die main body 1. Both ends of the die main body 1 and a die lip 4 are closed by side plates 16 and a pair of dickers 17 are arranged on both end sides of the manifold 2 so as to be freely slidable in the manifold 2 along the longitudinal direction thereof in an airtight state. These dickers 17 pierce the side plates 16 while hold the same cross section as the manifold 2 to be extended toward both ends of the die main body 1 and, as a result, the dickers 17 protrude from both ends of the die main body 1 left and right. A heating means is arranged in the dickers 17.
