<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a water-color ink composition containing a coloring agent a perfume, a partially sulfonated polyester resin and water as essential components, having an aroma and a low viscosity and giving handwritings not striking through the paper, wherein the perfume is dispersed and held in an aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION: The water-color ink composition contains (A) a coloring agent (e.g. an acidic dyestuff, a direct dyestuff, a basic dyestuff, an inorganic dyestuff or an organic dyestuff), (B) a perfume (e.g. an essential oil, an alcohol compound, an aldehyde compound, a terpene oil), (C) a partially sulfonated polyester resin, and (D) water as essential components. The components A, B and C are preferably contained in amounts of 0.05-15wt.%, 0.01-2.0wt.% and 2.5-20wt.%, respectively, in the ink composition, and the weight ratio of the components B/C is preferably 1/10 or smaller. The component C is the polycondensation product of a dicarboxylic acid component with a diol component, and preferably contains a sulfonyl group-having monomer component is an amount of 3-25mol.%, preferably 5-15mol.%, in the whole components.</p> |
