PURPOSE: To obtain a cable-covering pipe capable of covering a cable in a hung state giving a small relative transferring amount between the cable and the cable covering pipe. CONSTITUTION: The objective cable covering pipe 20 has a pipe main material 22 covering a cable 2 and having a slit 24 connecting both edge faces, a pair of projections 27 and 28 placed along outsides of two side edges 25 and 26 of the pipe main material 22 and a fixing part material 23 fixing the two side edges 25 and 26.
