CONSTITUTION: The mold clamping position of one mold attaching plate 6 is adjusted by an offset mechanism 14 consisting of a plurality of positioning rods provided on the side of the fixing plate 7 of the mold attaching plate 6 so as to pierce the fixing plate 7 and the stoppers 13 engaged with the positioning rods 12 to adjust the mold clamping position of the mold attaching plate 6 to change the dimension between a mold clamping center position and the center position of a parison.
