PURPOSE: To obtain a heat-resistant painted metal panel for a high temp. use such as a cooking utensil having even abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant resin coating film containing fluoroplastic and hard aggregate with Mohs hardness of 4 deg. or more is formed on the surface of a corrosion-resistant metal base panel such as a stainless steel panel or a nickel plated steel panel. Fluoroplastic enhances the surface lubricity of the coating film to contribute to the non-stickiness of a product and the high hardness aggregate contributes to the abrasion resistance of the coating film but, since both of them are dispersed in a heat resistant resin to be baked, they are firmly fixed to the heat-resistant resin and uniformly dispersed in a state hard to detach. Therefore, non-stickiness and abrasion resistance are kept over a long period of time. |
