PURPOSE: To produce an aluminum material having formability equal to or more than a case of using a conventional solid lubricant, joining strength equal to or more than a case in which the lubricant is not stuck to a press formed product in a welding stage after press work, securing a long spot electrode life and having a corrosion resistance at a spot weld part and capable of easily removing the lubricant in a degreasing stage after assembly. CONSTITUTION: The surface of an Al or Al alloy material is coated with a mixture consisting of a water soluble wax, and of, by wt.% based on a water soluble wax, 5-25% metallic salt of a higher fatty acid, 2-20% aluminum powder having <=5μm average grain size and 0.02-0.2% metallic dispersant by a coating weight of 0.2-2.0g/m<2> to produce a film.
