摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a blow molding material excellent in the transfer properties of a mold, imparting excellent surface appearance to a molding and excellent in dimensional accuracy and molding productivity. CONSTITUTION: A molding material obtaining a molded product using the following mold is a thermoplastic resin of which the vertical modulus of elasticity at a temp. of [Vicat softening tem. (T)+100] deg.C is 0.01-10kg/cm<2> . The molten or softened thermoplastic resin is pressed to a molding surface in a close contact state to be solidified. The mold consists of a mold body having a molding surface and the mold main body supporting the mold body and has a heating means, a cooling means an the space provided between the mold body and the mold main body on the side opposite to the molding surface.
