PURPOSE: To obtain a composite long material prevented from deformation by reducing the expansion and contraction difference between the inside and outside of the bent part thereof, easy in bending processing and carried to the bending processing spot in a linear state to be easily subjected to bending processing. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of partial long materials 11a, 11b are made slidable through the lubricating surfaces 12a, 12b thereof and lubricant layers 15 are formed on the lubricating surfaces 12a, 12b and engaging recessed and protruding parts 13a, 13b are formed thereto and engaged with each other so as to make the partial long materials 11a, 11b slidable only in the longitudinal direction thereof to form a composite long material. The deformation of this composite long material is prevented at a time of the bending at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction thereof by reducing the stress generated by bending processing. |
