PURPOSE: To mass-produce cooked rice having hand-made taste and human skin temperature. CONSTITUTION: This cooked rice forming machine is equipped with a forming apparatus 2 of cooked rice for hand-rolled sushi detachably installed in a machine frame 10 and a heat-insulating housing case 3 detachably installed in the upward direction of a starting end of the cooked rice forming apparatus 2, and cooked rice (1) formed for hand-rolled sushi is formed by successively feeding heat-insulated cooked rice R from the lower direction of the housing case 3 having heat-insulating property. The cooked rice-forming apparatus 2 is equipped with opposed half frame molds 6 integrating an upper half frame mold 61 and a lower half frame mold 64, and the first half parts of the opposed half frame molds 6 are used as main forming molds 66 and the latter half parts are used as temporary forming molds 65 and recessed face 7 is formed on the inner surface of the each main forming mold 66. |
