GUIDANCE INTRODUCER FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT IN RIGHT VENTRICLERELATED TO VALVA TRICUSPIDALIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be used for specified medical treatments within the right ventricle by leading an introducer with a previously curved shape into the right ventricle and a catheter introduced into its tubular interior to a predetermined site around a circumference of the tricuspid valve. SOLUTION: An introducer is constructed by three regions: a first region to a third region. A side port tube is mounted to the first region. The second region curved a right direction at a distal end of the first region is continued. The third region is continued generally straight to the distal end of the second region to form a distal end of the introducer. This introducer is inserted into the right ventricle and a catheter for ablation or mapping is inserted therein. The catheter is introduced by using the introducer to a predetermined position around the circumference of the tricuspid valve in the ventricle of the heart. An electrode of the catheter is used for the mapping or ablation of the predetermined position around the circumference of the tricuspid.
