PURPOSE: To strengthen the feet and waist and activate the works of a central nervous system by tilting the ankle in all directions uniformly while the body remains out of rotation. CONSTITUTION: A shaftless rotational axis aligning member RB consists of a number of rollers B engaged between side grooves of a large and a small flat rings R in such a way as capable of rolling and is installed flatly on the oversurface 1a of a hollow pedestal 1 which is fitted interiorly with a motor M. On this aligning member RB a rotary ring 2 is flatly installed in such a way as rotatable with the torque of the motor M, and on the tapered oversurface of this ring 2, a swing plate 3 tilting with its rotation is incliningly installed concentrically while a similar rotarational axis aligning member RB is interposed, and the central part of the swing plate 3 is fixed to the upper part of a rotation hindering member such as a universal joint 4 or a spring installed upright on the pedestal 1. |
