PURPOSE: To provide an injection syringe by which an injection is easily and certainly sterilized and also the injection mixed with two components is easily available in an outer cylinder when necessary by forming a sterile seal part by which an area where at least the outer cylinder and a gasket are slidingly-moved is maintained sterile by making an communicating means as the border. CONSTITUTION: An injection syringe 1 is formed by an outer cylinder 2 on which an injection needle is attached, a plunger 3 on which a gasket 4 for sliding in the outer cylinder 2 is attached to the head part thereof and an injection 6 which is filled in the outer cylinder 2 and is steam-sterilized, and is packages by a flexible packaging material 25. A pathway opening 8A of a bacteria removing filter 10 provided with a housing 8 is connected to an injection opening 2A sterilely and detachably, and the pathway opening 9A which is on the opposite side from the pathway opening 8A is provided with a communicating needle 16 for communicating with a vial of the second component medicine which is mixed with the injection 6. A sterile seal part 26 by which an area where at least the outer cylinder 2 and the gasket 4 are slidingly moved is maintained sterilely is formed either in the bacteria removing filter 10 or the packaging material part (area A) of the outer cylinder side by making the communicating needle 16 as the border. |
