PURPOSE: To improve the cold resistance by obtaining ethylene/butene-1 copolymer powder having specific density, melt index and DSC method crystal melting point by chlorinating and mixing the chlorinated ethylene copolymer having specific chlorine content and glass transition temperature as rubber material with crosslinking component. CONSTITUTION: Ethylene/butene-1 copolymer powder having a density of 0.905 to 0.93, a melt index of 0.001 to 100g/10min, and DSC method crystal melting point of 100 deg.C or higher is obtained by chlorinating by an aqueous suspension method, and postchlorinated ethylene copolymer having chlorine content of 25 to 30wt.% and a glass transition temperature of -35 deg.C or lower is used as a rubber material. The following crosslinking components (a) to (c) are mixed to crosslinking molding. (a) is mercaptotriazone and the like, (b) is compound selected from amine having a boiling point of about 110 deg.C or higher, and organic acid salt or its additive, condensation product of diarylguanidine, aniline and aldehyde and primary and secondary 2-benzothiazyl sulfeneamide, and (c) is metal compound to become acid receiver. |
