PURPOSE: To obtain a homogenous molded product without applying partial adjustment to a mold itself. CONSTITUTION: When a molded product 2 having elements same in dimensional shape arranged thereto in an array form is produced by an injection mold 1, since it is known that the characteristics of the respective elements of the molded product 2 are changed in dependence on the pressure in the mold 1, the pressure in the mold 1 is detected at a plurality of places where pressure fluctuations are large by pressure sensors and the detected pressure signals are fed back to an injection condition controller 10 to perform molding. Further, the temp. in the mold exerting effect on pressure and the wt. of the molded product related to the pressure of the molded product 2 are measured to perform injection molding inclusive of these data. |
