ANTIMICROBIAL PROTECTING AGENT FOR TILE JOINT

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an antimicrobial protecting agent for tile joints, capable of preventing the staining of the joints with bacteria and fungi and enhancing long period usability by adding and dispersing the antimicrobial protecting argent to a joint material for forming the tile joints in a proper ratio. CONSTITUTION: This antimicrobial protecting agent for tile joints is produced by mixing and diluting an antimicrobial protecting component comprising 20-40wt.% of silica, 15-25wt.% of an acrylic resin, 10-20wt.% of water glass, 5-10wt.% of a silane coupler, and 12wt.% of a benzimidazole compound with water in a weight ratio of 1:(0.35-0.50).
