PURPOSE: To certainly ensure feed accuracy regardless of the wall thickness and feed speed of a tape material by employing a system feeding the tape material intermittently by the rectangular motion of a pin. CONSTITUTION: At first, a pin holder 3-3 having a plurality of material feed pins 3-4 is raised by a vertical cylinder to fit the material feed pins in sprocket holes 10-1. A pin holder 3-3 is advanced in this state by a horizontal cylinder 3-2 to feed a tape material to a fixed position and, thereafter, the vertical cylinder is allowed to fall at the fixed position to lower the pin holder 3-3 and the material feed pins are separated from the sprocket holes 10-1. The pin holder 3-3 is allowed to retreat to the original position by the horizontal cylinder 3-2. By repeating the operation of rising-advance-falling-retreat of the pin holder 3-3, that is, the rectangular motion thereof, the tape material 10 is intermittently fed by one pitch. |
