PURPOSE: To provide artificial nostrils which clear the nose without the aid of nasal drops and internal medicines. CONSTITUTION: These artificial nostrils consist of porous membranes 2 which are formed to a cylindrical shape insertable into the nostrils of the human body and have waterproof, dustproof and air permeable properties, culture skin 3 which is clad on the porous membrane 2 formed to the cylindrical shape and shape memory members 4 which bring the porous membrane 2 clad with this culture skin 3 into tight contact with the inside of the nostrils. These shape memory members 4 are formed to a toric shape corresponding to the nostrils and are disposed at the plural points of the inside wall 2a of the porous membranes 2. As a result, the nose is forcibly cleared and, therefore, the bothering symptoms by nasal congestion are relieved. A failure in successful blowing of the nose with a handkerchief by the nasal congestion is prevented as well. Since the clearing of the nose is possible without using the nasal drops and internal medicines, the trouble by the adverse effects of the medicines is eliminated. |
