PURPOSE: To control the fluidity in a low-temperature area, prevent hole-forming phenomenon and obtain a solar cell sealing sheet by forming an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in which a crosslinking agent and a silane coupling agent are blended into a film, crosslinking the film with radiation until becoming definite gel fraction. CONSTITUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer obtained by blending a crosslinking agent (e.g. 2,5-dimethylhexane-2,5-dihydroperoxide) with a silane coupling agent (e.g.γ-glycidoxy propyltrimethoxy-silane is extruded from a T die 3 of an extruder 2 of an extruding apparatus 1 and passed through a silicone rubber roll 5, an embossed roll 6 and a casting roll 7 to form a sheet 4 and then, passed through anneal rolls 8-11 and tension rolls 12-15 and taken up by a take-up machine 16 and formed into a film and a prescribed amount of radiation is radiated to the film and the film is crosslinked with the radiation until becoming a definite gel fraction to provide the objective sheet for solar cell sealing, capable of preventing hole-forming phenomenon of the sheet.
