<p>PURPOSE: To provide a irregular tapered box for which a lid can be attached, which can be stacked, of which the appearance is excellent, and of which the manufacture is easy by a method wherein adjacent long side plates or short side plates are connected with a connecting piece which has a lateral folding line in the approx. parallel direction with a bottom plate, at the approx. center respectively, and the connecting piece is constituted to be bent outward by the lateral folding line. CONSTITUTION: Long side plates 2 and short side plates 3 being connected to a bottom plate 1 of a blank sheet are respectively erected diagonally upward. Then, connecting piece 4 and bonding piece 5 being connected to each other are bonded by placing the bonding piece 5 on the part which is outside of a vertical folding line 6 on the connecting piece 4, and bonding to obtain a tapered box. Then, a part which protrudes upward is horizontally folded outside at a lateral folding line 7 on the connecting piece 4 and a lateral folding line 8 consisting of a perforation on the bonding piece 5 of the tapered box, to obtain an irregular tapered box. For this reason, the flat surface shape of the opening is kept to be octagonal, and the irregular tapered box presents a shape which is equipped with a horizontal flange at four corners, and when being displayed at a store while packaging a content, the appearance is excellent, and in addition, a stacking becomes possible.</p> |
