FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR-1 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain an FGF-1 monoclonal antibody specifically reactive exclusively with fibroblast growth factor-1(FGF-1). CONSTITUTION: This FGF-1 monoclonal antibody is produced by fusing an immunocyte of a mammal immunized with FGF-1 to a myeloma cell, reacting a monoclonal antibody produced by the fused cell with total protein produced from a transformant transformed by an expression vector containing FGF-1 gene and selecting a monoclonal antibody specifically reactive exclusively with FGF-1 in the total protein from the obtained monoclonal antibodies.
