FIELD: optical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has lens and group of prisms which are located along beam direction. Edges of refracting two-sided corners of prisms are oriented in parallel to plane of semiconductor junction. Angular size of refracting corners is in range of 25-40 degrees. Angle magnification G for group of prisms conform to equation, whereand &thetas;divergence angles of semiconductor laser beam in planes which are respectively parallel and perpendicular to plane of semiconductor junction. Front focal plane of lens is displaced with respect to object plane by distance δwhich is calculated by means of equation, whereand aare sizes of illumination body of semiconductor laser in planes which are respectively parallel and perpendicular to plane of semiconductor junction. Lens longitudinal three-dimensional aberration δ(u) is calculated by means of equation δ(u) = -2/3•δ•(u/&thetas;), where u is lens aperture angle. Device may be used in optical radars, optical communications, control devices, monitoring instruments. EFFECT: correction of shape of cross section and angular distribution of output beam intensity. |
