FIELD: incinerators and miscellaneous combustion material burning facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has floor or chamber for combustible materials and at least two air channels. At least one of air channels is delivery one and each channel communicates at one end through holes with floor or chamber. One end of each channel communicates with part of floor or chamber designed for debris. Channels as well as floor or bottom part of chamber may be filled with gravel or lumps of any other noncombustible material. Each channel may be provided with sucking-and- delivery unit coupled with channel change-over unit to select suction or delivery mode of channel operation. Each channel may be connected on one end with channel bottom through hole. Each channel may be of U-section type. When this is the case, channel walls have three partitions inside channel one of them being placed between two other partitions and joined to mentioned channel interior by its bottom end, its top end being arranged below upper edges of other partitions and bottom ends of two other partitions are mounted in a spaced relation to bottom of mentioned channel interior.
