METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF POLYVINYLCHLORIDE

FIELD: chemistry of high molecular weight compounds. SUBSTANCE: polyvinylchloride is prepared by suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. Said polymerization is carried out in the presence of oil soluble initiator and system for thermal stabilization. Said system represents soya oil (being affected by epoxidation) and triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate, their quantities being 0.15-0.25 mass % and 0.02-0.06 mass % of polyvinylchloride respectively. Mentioned above system is added at the end of polymerization after reduction of pressure. Barium stearate may be added into reaction mixture before adding of monomer, its quantity being 0.1-0.3 mass % of polyvinylchloride mass. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
