SUBSTANCE: method involves application of a special apparatus with fixation of its supports on the bone of heel and vertical pulling of spikes with rests through the fragment to be elongated. Ends of the spikes are joined with distraction nodes. The guiding spikes are pulled through the PHALANGES and appropriate tarsal bones.
