METHOD OF MULTILAYER POWDER SURFACING OF IRON-CARBIDE BASE OF ARTICLE

摘要

FIELD: metallurgy; welding; surface hardening and restoration of rolls. SUBSTANCE: wear-resistant powder material is applied in layers on iron-carbide base of article. First layer is faced at mode providing 40-50% mixing of main metal and filler, and following layers, at modes providing reduction of fraction of previous layer in following one up to 6-10% to last faced layer. EFFECT: provision of high wear resistant and crack resistant metal.
