FIELD: construction machinery; compacting of road coatings, bases and ground. SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration roller with combination-action vibration exciter is made in the form of hinge-connected front and rear semiframes mounting drive mechanism and driven static roll. Vibrating roll is mounted on front semiframe. Three circular vibration exciters r installed inside roll on cross ribs. Axis of middle vibration exciter coincides with axis of rotation of vibrating roll, and two other vibration exciters are displaced from axis of rotation in diametrically opposite sides through equal distances. Novelty in design of roller is use of three simultaneously vibrating exciters driven from one hydraulic motor through gear train and installed in one vibrating roll. Unbalance weights of two extreme shafts rotate at equal speed in one side, and that of middle exciter, in opposite side, being displaced through 90 deg relative to first two weights. This provides shifting and crushing actions on material to be compacted increasing, by 1/3rd, capacity and quality of compaction at smaller mass of roller. EFFECT: increased efficiency of roller, reduced metal usage in roller manufacture. 3 dwg |
